With operations across 30+ legal entities and a footprint spanning the UK, UAE, US, APAC, and Europe, this role offers the opportunity to shape the financial future of a global organisation undergoing rapid transformation.
What You’ll Lead
- Group-wide financial strategy, planning, and performance management
- Post-acquisition integration across finance systems, teams, and processes
- Investor relations and board-level financial storytelling
- Shared services oversight (HR, Legal, IT, Procurement) to streamline operations
- Automation and AI-led finance transformation to improve scalability and insight
- Compliance across multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks
What You Bring
- 15+ years in senior finance roles, including PE-backed exits and global M&A
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Experience in tech-enabled service businesses with complex operational structures
- Proven ability to manage group debt facilities and drive enterprise value
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and outcome-driven mindset
- Expertise in finance automation (AR/AP, billing, reporting) and data-led decision-making
